We are hiring this Agency Senior Technical Recruiter position to help us take Talent By Blind to new levels in 2023. Every month, thousands of engineers from the most admired companies in technology are signing up with Blind; yearning for new opportunities. Our team meets with these candidates, and connects them to the companies they want to work for. Responsibilities

Build relationships with the most qualified candidates on the Talent By Blind platform
Negotiate new partnerships with top-tier tech companies, and proactively identify new opportunities
Match job seekers with employers and help develop ways to scale this model
Execute on our established systems and processes for candidate management and communication
Mentor, train, and coach junior recruiters on the team
Work with product, operations, and leadership teams for the Talent business

Basic qualifications

4+ years of experience as an Agency Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience with the full life cycle of recruiting (contracts, sourcing, matching, negotiating, etc.)
Proven track record of successful account management and business development with Engineering and/or HR Departments
Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
Experience mentoring, training, and coaching junior recruiters on a team

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and a fast-paced working environment
Passion for driving industry-wide impact in the technical recruiting space
Blind's minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 (if applicable, + commission) per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package for employees at Blind. Total rewards include equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a flexible PTO policy, parental leave, stipends for WFH and L&D, and other region-specific benefits.
