Our goal as a team is to expand and enhance our advertising services, delivering exceptional, tailored campaign activations to our brand and agency partners.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Account Executive to help us move upmarket through direct large brand relationships or media agencies.

Responsibilities
Pitch, nurture, and close direct advertising campaigns across various platforms, including app, desktop, and mobile web. Campaigns will range from standard displays to native and custom sponsorships.
Continuously identify and secure upsell opportunities, fostering long-term client engagements.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with marketers, delivering innovative and client-focused campaign proposals.
Contribute to the growth of Teamblind's Ad Sales team by providing market insights that enhance our advertising solutions.
Maintain updated and organized account records in CRM and other project management tools.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the advertising or digital marketing sectors, with a focus on managing enterprise brand accounts.
Deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of client needs and dynamics in the digital marketing and advertising landscape.
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise brand accounts and securing new business worth over $150,000 quarterly.
Strong familiarity with media agencies and direct brand relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in CRM and sales efficiency tools like Salesforce, MediaRadar, and Apollo.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
Analytical skills tailored to optimizing digital campaign metrics.
Keen problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking.
Aptitude for managing multiple stakeholder needs in a diplomatic manner.
While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates located in major advertising hubs such as Los Angeles, New York, or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Compensation
Blind's base compensation salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus performance-based commission. Specific compensation packages are tailored based on geographical location, experience, and expertise. Blind offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, parental leave, home office and professional development stipends, among other benefits.
