Our goal as a team is to grow and strengthen our advertising business, by offering world-class, white-glove campaign activation to our brand and agency partners.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an Account Executive to continue growing and diversifying our portfolio of ad clients in key verticals such as but not limited to travel & hospitality, automotive, and/or consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
•
Pitch, nurture, and close paid direct advertising campaigns across app, desktop, and mobile web, inclusive of classic (IAB-standard display), native, and custom sponsorship opportunities.
•
Identify and convert upsell opportunities into follow-on campaigns, season after season.
•
Build and maintain positive relationships with marketers through strategic, consultative discovery and by creating thoughtful, creative campaign proposals.
•
Be a key and influential builder of the Teamblind Ad Sales team by regularly communicating market feedback with internal stakeholders to improve our advertising products and solutions.
•
Maintain updated and organized account records in CRM and other project management tools.
Basic Qualifications
•
4+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related role(s) at an agency, publisher, or platform
•
Industry knowledge and client-side sensibilities, specific to a digital marketing/advertising setting.
•
Well-established relationships with senior marketers within but not limited to Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, and/or Consumer Electronics, at both agencies and brand-direct.
•
A proven track record of winning new business in excess of $100,000 per quarter.
•
Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade senior stakeholders at brands and agencies.
•
Proficiency with Salesforce, MediaRadar, Apollo, or analogous CRM and Sales Efficiency tools.
•
Preferred Location: While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates located in major advertising hubs such as Los Angeles, New York, or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Compensation
Blind's base compensation salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, exclusive of benefits and performance-based commission. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors. Salary is just one component of our total rewards package for employees at Blind.
