The Role

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a 7-figure book of business, including multiple Fortune 100 accounts. You will be responsible for retention, expansion, executive engagement, and long-term account strategy across our most important customers. You are expected to drive adoption, uncover new opportunities, and position Blind as a mission-critical partner.
You must be equally comfortable getting deep into product use cases with operators and leading high-level business conversations with VP-and-above executives. You will own relationships, revenue, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a 7-figure portfolio of enterprise accounts with a clear retention and expansion strategy
Drive renewals and secure multi-year growth across Fortune 100 customers
Build trusted relationships with VP+ stakeholders across Talent, Employer Brand, HR, Communications, and executive leadership
Lead executive business reviews that connect Blind’s impact to company-level priorities
Drive product adoption by embedding Blind into cross-functional workflows and expanding usage across teams
Identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Proactively manage churn risk with structured account plans and mitigation strategies
Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn customer insights into revenue and roadmap influence

What We’re Looking For

5+ years managing and expanding large enterprise SaaS accounts
Experience owning and growing a $1M+ book of business
Proven success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Strong executive presence and credibility with VP-and-above leaders
Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments with high ownership and ambiguity
Demonstrated retention-first mindset with strong commercial instincts
Ability to move fluidly between strategic executive conversations and detailed product execution
Highly organized, data-driven, and disciplined in account planning and forecasting

Bonus Points

Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, GAP, Challenger Sale, or similar).
Experience leveraging AI in your GTM workflow
Background selling into HR, Comms, InfoSec, People Analytics, or Employer Brand.

Compensation

Blind's base compensation salary range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commissions. Specific compensation packages are tailored based on geographical location, experience, and expertise. Blind offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, parental leave, home office and professional development stipends, among other benefits.
